561879 Animation - mark zip codes on Google Maps & zoom to each one

I'm looking for a Flash or HTML 5 or Java or some other animation that can go through a list of zip codes (from 5 to hundreds) and mark them on a zoomed out US Map. Then it needs to zoom in on a zip code marker and display what zip code that is, and then it should go to the next zip code marker and display the zip code of that one, and then on to the next zip code marker, and then the next, and so forth. The zip codes will change nightly and be in a txt document on the server. I would like this done quickly if possible. Do not bid if you are not serious. I need someone that responds to emails in a timely manner. I will leave positive feedback if you do a good job. I have other programmers I have hired on here but they are busy with other projects at the moment, if you do a good job I will hire you for other projects.
