We're seeking an experienced Pay-Per-Click person to handle our ads on Google. Compensation is open to negociation and will be ongoing per month. This is a longterm position.
We currently spend about $3,000/mo USD on Overture and want to now focus on Google. As the Project Manager for this website, I'm perfectly willing to spend many tens of thousands of dollars per month on PPC ads, if the ROI justifies it.
I'm not looking for quantity of ads, however. I am strictly ROI based and will spend any amount justified per month. I am willing to reward the selected PPC manager hansomely, but, that reward will be tied to results.
Our site is [url removed, login to view] and sells automtive and construction tools, retail, throughout the USA, Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska. We average 3000 visitors per day to the site. We subscribe to an ROI/Visitor tracking service ([url removed, login to view]), but will consider another service if recommended.
I want to stress that the manager I seek must not be oriented to PPC from a 'quantity' of ads perspective. ROI is the key, requiring a person well versed in statistics and PPC cost/benefit analysis. I'll pay very hansomely, relative to results.
Please don't respond if you're experience is limited only to shot-gunning lots of keyword-ads to the PPC engines. But, if you're a smart, analytical, PPC expert who can produce results you'll find this a terrific opportunity.

PPC Manager must create Google Adwords (ads) and manage them throughout the month. If the manager is within the USA, I'd expect bi-monthly phone updates and one-per-month performance reports depicting ROI results and next-month's strategies.
If the manager is outside the USA, I'd expect bi-monthly reports on ROI and proposed strategies.
Continuous email correspondence is likely.
The 'platform' is via Google's online PPC interface, accessible via any browser.
