This part is easy. Just integrate a user forum into a site that's about 3/4 of the way done. You'll need to integrate user names and emails (for PMs) from our existing user database, without exposing our users to abuse of their email address. Here's the interesting part. I'm really looking to find a coder familiar with LAMP to complete the last 1/4 of this project. Depending on how well you do with integration of the forum, there's lots of current and future work to be done on this "video classified ad" site. I'm the idea guy, and I would like nothing better than to sit with you and say "move this here" and "make this look like that." Lastly, while forum work certainly does not require a non-disclosure statement, I'll ask you to fax or email me a standard NDA so as to protect my interests in the rest of the project. I've got a seriously unique sales proposition, and long term profit sharing is possible.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Needs to be fabricated in a LAMP environment, and needs to work "on the web" in the same way that YouTube runs on the web. Compatible with IE, Firefox and Mac for sure.
