Modify my Yoo Theme Menu CSS to Include Horizontal Cascading Sub / Child Menus

Budget $30-250 USD

We use a Yoo Theme called Balance. It fits our site really well. The site is www.strayangel.com. The problem is we need cascading horizontal sub / child menus and the CSS doesn't support it. Yoo Theme prefers that their templates use bullets for sub-menus and not horizontally cascade 2nd / 3rd level child menus, which we really need. This may not be too difficult, but please send a quote. We don't have a large budget for this. You need to be familiar with Joomla 2.5, CSS3 and working with existing templates from Yoo Theme or other theme providers.
