Modify a Search Engine

I have a google search engine style script that cane be seen here: [login to view URL] as you notice it functions exactly as google does. What I need you to do is create me an admin panel that will allow me to add advertisers to the results. So if the person searches weightloss it will show my advertisement results based on the weightloss keyword. In the admin panel there should be a place where I can add the Affiliate name, affiliate url, an the keywords I want them to show up with. So the way things should work are: Search > Person Searchs for Keyword > keyword checks database of affiliate urls, if keyword is there, that result gets put above the natural search engine results. I need this done asap!
