Create a Wordpress Template

Need a wordpress expert, if you are not a expert with wordpress dont bother.

Need a template expert we will be changing various aspects of the layout

Need to be able to work with contact form 7 and other plugins for wordpress

We have a website already

We are rebranding our current site for another country the new theme is mostly done but needs some final cleanup and changes done

We have about 75 pages that we want to change various content and images on

The new site is mostly done need mostly minor changes to various pages

Need to modify some layout and css to rebrand our new site

Mostly content changes we will be providing a document for each page outlining the changes needed on a page by page basis

Currently there is alot of images and .css files being called from our original server we will need all this hosted on the new server, calling from the other server is affecting load times so as you go through the pages anything linked to the original server will have to be fetched and hosted on the local server

You should have two monitors or more we want you to compare our current theme with the original theme side by side fixing any cosmetic discrepencies, we need someone who is detailed orientated and who understands english very well, I dont want to have to explain everything in chat as i already documented it in files

You must start right away this has to be done in 48hrs

There will be absolutely no upfront payment, milestone creation or downpayment of any kind, if you cannot comply with this then dont bid. To many bad freelancers on here have scammed me in the past I only pay upon completion.

You will work live on my server so i can monitor progress and check off completed pages no exception, I need to see things as they progress if i dont see progress i will fire you and hire the next bidder. Meaning i will give you say a set of pages to do i expect to see them getting done, no excuses no fake promises, This is a reposted project because the last person i hired failed to make progress and gave me every excuse under the sun, even told me his town was flooded and no internet, i checked his local news it hasnt rained in 3 weeks and they are experiencing drought like conditions.

I attached one of the 50/75 docs below so you can see the kind of changes we are looking for, most pages only require a cpl adjustments. This is a easy project for someone who is familiar with all things wordpress, This is even easier for a group or team as you can divide the workload and accomplish even faster. This may be a bit much for a single freelancer because of the time restriction (48hrs) no exception no being late no excuses. Right now i have 50 docs this maybe all there is but i am figuring in some wiggle room by stating 75 docs as i am still going through the site.

Any bid over 150$ will be completely ignored if you bid over this it means you did not read my project description. This is a fairly simple project mostly copying and pasting content, there will be a little bit of template modification and page code adjustments like adding a contact form configuring social widget removing a menu changing a menu and such so you must know how to code and design. Nothing to extreme we dont need anyone to create any special functions or anything, just need someone who can make modifications to exsisting stuff.
