Does the website with documents available on it already exist? We have to integrate users and manage their access privileges, login etc.? I have read the overview and I am confident of delivering well. We have developed similar features, functionalities for many sites. However I need detailed specifications. Also I need to see the site that hosts the documents. Allows people to change their portal website - please explain. Once I hear from you, I will be able to assess scope of work precisely. I will revise / confirm my bid accordingly. Detailed specifications will also help me to make an informed commitment and are essential for delivering as required.
