Want a quiz built like the one in the details page

I will provide 10 questions and I want the user to be able to select answers to all 10 questions and based on that it will spit out an answer with a description. There will need to be about 20-25 possible answers. Coder will need to figure out the easiest way to narrow down which answer is showed to the user after they finish the quiz. This is the general layout/design I would like to base my design off of. I do not want an exact copy at all, but the functionality will be similar.

Similarly, after the user finishes the quiz I want the answer to dynamically show up and give them the option to share on facebook, twitter, and email.

The is NO right or wrong answers to this. Essentially it is 10-12 questions with 4-6 answers each. Based on the combination of the answers it will spit out an answer for the user.

This is essentially a personality quiz.
