Update the look of our site

I need to update the look of my website. You can view it at [url removed, login to view]

Essentially I want to put a border around the site and change the background so that the text is easier to see. I would also like to clean up the order page a little so that it looks more professional. This may just mean changing the background and font style. If you are good at creating artistic, creative websites please contact me to help give our site a fresh facelift. Any mock ups are appreciated

We also need someone comfortable with flash and order forms, such as form-mail, php etc.. as we need to update the navigation links found at the top of our website. In doing so we we will also need one new page created for our order form. However, this new page will use mostly the same coding as our existing page so it should be able to just be modified from what we already have.
