Simple Affiliate Websites Needed

I need affiliate websites built. Most of the websites will be Amazon Affiliate with various other affiliate advertisements (Pay per Click). Most affiliate websites that I see are very basic and not visually appealing. I would like someone to design something that is appealing to the eye. This posting is for 1 basic affiliate niche website. If I like the work, then you can continue with more websites. These websites will be functionally similar. I would like the visual element to be appropriate for each niche. This should be a very easy website to build. The website will only be 1-3 pages. My critera: 1) I would like the website to be created in a way that will allow me to use the design as a template. I would like to be able to quickly use the design on multiple Affiliate accounts without having to spend a lot of time re-coding. 2) I would like typed instructions (with images) outlying what is needed to apply the design to other client's affiliate accounts. 3) I would like to have a page that automatically pulls videos from Youtube that relates to the website niche. 4) Please send me a portfolio for consideration. I will also show preference to someone that has designed an affiliate website before. 5) I'd like my designer to be available during the afternoon/evening (Pacific Standard Time zone).
