I would Like a website made which landlords and agents can advertise thier property online. Any landlord or estate agency could go on it and post an ad, and anyone should be able to view it. These are the features which I want to include: Searcg/Toolbar: Users to be able to search for properties by: address postcode area on a 'To Let' or 'To Buy' 'Min' to 'Max' rent or sale price Property type i.e flat, house, apartment, bungalow, or a room. specify also number of bedrooms if they are looking for a house. I want people to be able to make a profile and create an acc and specify whether they are looking to rent or buy and their requirements. I want landlords/ sellers to be able to search profiles and find potential tennents or buyers that fit the requirements for thier properties. Landlords should be able to create accounts/portfolio's so they can post multiple properties under one account. I want estate agents to be able to post large amounts of properties so should be capable of advertising hundreds of properties under one account. the website should be able to filter out old ads, more than 3 to 4 weeks old, and remove them and requesting the account holder who posted the ad whether it should be re uploaded. There should be four possible accounts to create for users: 1) Tennants or buyers- these Ads profiles for buyers or tennants to specify what they are looking for. (these should be ads/profile not accounts) 2) Landlord portfolio- where landlords can upload all thier properties under one acc. 3) Estate agent acc- where estate agents can post hundreds of thier properties.
