Joomla Magazine Website

I am in need of a web team EXPERIENCED with Joomla. I am looking to add a magazine portion to an existing website that I want to completely be using Joomla. I will need Joomla and the plugins I choose to be installed. I already have a Joomla template design I'd like to work with, but it might need some minor changes to fit my needs. Here is a list of features I will need for the magazine:
1) articles management
2) photo gallery
3) video gallery
4) SEO related Joomla plugins
5) banner ad management
6) home page slide show for featured articles
7) ecard mailing
8) social bookmarking features
I have a list of the links to the plugins I would like and the template I had in mind to use also. I will provide that to I choose to pursue further. There is a possibility of another similar project to this for another site I am developing, so if things go well with this I will continue my relationship with your team.
Some criteria that must be met by the chosen team/professional:
1) available for communication at reasonable time and daily
2) must meet deadlines
3) must be experienced with Joomla and provide sample sites
4) must have great attitude
