Job WP theme Customization

Hello Service provider, Wordpress design facelift and a few customizations. My job portal ( pls ask for link) uses theme from appthemes - jobroller. I prefer if you have experience with this theme. Please check out [login to view URL] and become VERY familiar with it. I also have a few plugins such as FX tender ( see their market place) . You MUST be familiar with this or be willing to study their codes before starting my project. I want to make the site like a dating site, where jobseekers and recruiters can try to find matching profiles. I want it to be a solid built, with everything working as advertised. Resources : 1. Some sample of partial design I want it to be like that: [login to view URL] Scope Design UI and Program: 1- Design a new homepage with banner - very clean, modern, professional layout with well thought UI - you can use [login to view URL] as a starting point, but I still want to incorporate more elements such as facebook liked it, linkedin. The banner on top should be rolling with profiles that choose to be featured. 2- Job seeker page - would allow applicants to upload their picture and have several additional fields ( such as experience , certifications, relocation, salary requirements so paying recruiters can perform advanced search pull up profiles) . Job seekers can also opt to make their profile feature. 3- Custom page for Job seeker and another for Recruiters ( kind of like the referenced site ) 4- On sidebar, I want to have facebook like it, and ads, integration with a site like amazon to sell affiliate products. 5- Change the registration forms for recruiters and for job seekers. 6- Gallery view of job seekers pictures/profiles. Only for paying recruiters with access to CV 7- Connect all merchant accounts and payment methods 8- Making site ultra secure. Conditions: * Please have GREAT communication skills and good English.
