Hot or Not type of website

Hi..

I need a "hot or not" type of website. There will be a photo in the middle of the page and there will be two buttons, one on the left and one on the right..

Names will be different but think of these buttons as "Hot" and "Not Hot"...Under each button there will be a comment section..People who votes will have the chance to add explanation.. there will also be some statistics in a different page that shows the most "Hot" voted photos and "Not Hot" voted photos

When the user clicks on the photo, another photo will appear on the screen randomly. There will be a database of photos and a random photo will appear..

There will be a search bar on top and it will search for the photos in our database

Users should be able to submit a photo for our validation and if we want we will be able to add the photo to our database.

Guys it is really simple..I will provide you some designs but lets see the offers first. Anything over 150USD will be ignored..
