Build a WordPress website for "Poetry Writing Services"

I would like to someone to build a website in WordPress for me. I have already put some time into planning out the website. Here are some of the necessary components in the website: 1) Build website in WordPress and make it such that there is a page where the title of the poem is that will link to the entire poem. Create it such that I can add poems myself after the website is done being built. 2) Other than text and basic graphics, the only other needed functionality that I can think of would be a) An online form for the person to describe the poem they want created and b) Paypal button with option to buy different lengths, types of poems / greeting cards, frames, etc - less than 10 items. 3) I don't have it all finalized yet, but I believe that there would be about 5 to 7 web pages: services, contact, order form, poem examples, testimonials. This doesn't count pages for poems...I'm not sure if each poem would technically be its own page or if there would be one page that links / scrolls to each poem. This was not done in WordPress, but this is the kind of quality I am looking for (no slideshow or music needed for this website though). I can tell that most of these other poetry writing websites were "do it yourself" and I want a better images than that. If you can create basic graphics, that would be great, too. :-) I would definitely want the person to Skype with me to talk about the website (not just endlessly exchange emails). Please send me examples of other websites that you're created. Of course, I want to make sure that that the website looks / functions properly on iPhone, Android, Chrome, FireFox and Internet Explorer. I don't need a special "phone version" of the website though. I already have a website hosting company, so I would prefer for you to build the site there, so I don't have to pay for additional hosting. I already have more than enough space there... I would like the person to be able to provide intelligent suggestions on how to build the site based on the feedback I provide. I also have an IT network engineering job, but I am no web programmer myself. ;-) Assuming that I provide all of the information that you need for you to build the site within a week or two, I would like the website to be completed by Jan 1st if possible.
