website template for a e-commerce site

I am in need of a modern, new style website template. The site will work as [login to view URL] market place for Florida State University Students where students can buy and sell their items. The site should be very fast to load and should work in IE 5 and above and Netscape 4(I think FSU is still using netscape 4) and above. This should be Full page site with 100% table so that this can be viewed in any resolution without a horizontal scroll bar. Here is what I need for the template. 1. I will need a logo for the site 2. The Main (home) page should have a Picture(A Life Cycle) that demostrates the following cycle. a. Buyer buys a Product b. ITradeCheap Holds the Money c. Seller Ships the Item. d. Buyer Accepts the product e. Seller Gets the Money. Please let me know if you dont know what I am talking about. 3. I will also need a CSS style class so that I can use it with all the Forms I will create. The CSS color combination should complement the site. A sample 2/ 3 fields form using this CSS style would be nice. 4. Also I will need a buying tips and a selling tips. You can go to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to understand what I meant. You can get the concepts from this site, but the design should be original and fresh.
