[login to view URL] expects that the successful coder to provide mockups to choose from. If none are accepted or changes required, [login to view URL] will provide explicit instructions and what is required to be changed.

The successful Coder need only to produce the template, [login to view URL] will insert the content and menus**. The mockups will require mock menus and mock content to give [login to view URL] the look and feel of what the website will look like.
Standards to adhere to are provided in the attachments. A few points worth noting about the design of the templates:
a) **Pages must be designed so that they resize to fit any size screen**.
b) Any graphics used will require that the coder provide the original source of graphics, including permission that they can be used in a commercial venture or an undertaking by the coder that the work is the coder’s original work.
c) Menus need to be text or if graphics are used then they need to be the one identical graphic (apart from the words) for each individual link. The Blank button template would need to be provided. This will enable links to be added and removed as required in the future.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
