I just edited this to say I realize the amount I have listed there for the bid price might seem like nothing to you all - Im a total newbie and wanted to just say I had no idea what my limit should be - please dont hesitate to let me know if you think you could do a great job for something that exceeds this price, as I am probably willing to discuss it. Its just that it wasnt an option to not list a maximum price...and I didnt want to say something crazy...=) I am not a technical person, but I am pretty good at describing what I envision. I had a big long written out description of what I wanted done, but it far exceeded the 2500 character limit. To give you a brief idea, I want a website to promote myself, and my band. I want flash elements - and many of them will be animation. i want funky animation in a caricature of me, as well as other things I describe. the website will have several pages, all of which need to be able to be updated by me personally at any time. meaning, changing photos, updating or changing text, etc. the web address i want it available, and I want to buy it myself, not buy through some company. but i need some recommendation on the best place to buy it from, that will make it run optimally with what you create. im not an artist - i can only give you an outline of what i want, and I need someone else to really be able to draw it. im mostly concerned with liking the animation - also, because the front page will mostly bejust a photo of me, i need some serious coding so that it stays up in search engines. i dont know much about that- but im sure you do.. =) so please contact me, and i will send you the idea i have in detail and you can tell me if you think you can do it. thank you!
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
i think it should run on most platforms, to make sure the average person can see it.
