tactics core or similiar game creation

I am looking for somebody to eithor get a copy of tactics core - an rpg game (legaly) rpg game or create a game very similiar.

I then need this person or someone else to be able to set it up on a dedicated server which i provide.

I am willing to pay more than 500, possible much more, if you are well experienced and can provide exactly what i am looking for.
