I too am a coder on this site. We are a small software firm based in the Philippines and we are looking for a major rework of our site. We have very limited graphical capability but we do have extensive capability for HTML, CSS and other web technologies.
So what you are bidding here is not a complete website development. All we need is you to create a template for us in Photoshop, or Corel Paint in high definition and all graphical components of the page.
It must not be robbed from other sites and/or from template sites. Although we have limited graphical skills, we can create sites good enough for the moment so we need a PRO for this one.

I would like to request previous works so that I have some variance on what you do best.
Note that this is a few set of pages. Not more than 5 pages discussing our products, company profile and other basic information.

We have some projects which require excellent graphical skills, this project if well made will provide even more projects in the future.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
3) Graphical Format is fine resolution of the website. All graphical components from buttons, to mouseovers must be provided. Including text and proper positioning of some components. (PSD or CPT, CPT preferred) 4) Must be N-times better than the existing site.
