Flash image viewer

Need someone to help with a 5 minute Flash job. We need an image viewer that takes a path/url as a parameters passed via my web site and loads the image inside the flash movie. The movie should automatically be the size as the image itself. That's it, all it needs to do is load an image. The background of the scene should be invisible. I'd like the cursur to be the normal mouse cursur when they mouse over it (not sure if it changes by default or not). I am not familiar with Flash, so I need the fla, swf and the HTML I need in order to use it and an example on how to pass the image path to it via my site (without JavaScript, hopefully). One question though: How much slower is this than loading just an image? Will it be a few seconds longer because it has to load in flash? I'd like this done as soon as possible, first person who can answer the question and show a working demo on their site will get the job. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
