Flash Header - Need Designed

I need a flash header designed. I have created the template for the design in photoshop and have the layered PSD. You can see the image at <[url removed, login to view]>

I need the flash animation to fade the photo image between different photos. I need the upper left graphic overlay to say the same and over all photo images it fades in. I also need the border layer overlayed over the photo images.

I would like several fade styles between photo images. These styles should be chosen at RANDOM. One example can be seen at [[url removed, login to view]][1] (the header). The second style I want is similar timing but should be a direct cross dissolve fade (not left to ride). The third should be a circle fade that starts small in the middle and fades in the new image as teh circle expands.

I will need to constantly add/delete these photo images and change teh name in the lower right.

SO: This flash animation MUST call these photo images AND names from a text file or similar file that I can manually edit, upload and automatically update the flash animation. THIS IS IMPORTANT.

So again to recap:

I need a flash animation with a constant overlay in the upper left, and constant overlay border.

I need the animation to call the photo images from a text file that contains the list of photo image URLS and the names associated with each photo.

I need these images images to smoothly fade inbetween each other in high quality like the adworkz site (note only the photo images fade, not the overlays.

I need this in 3 days. The PSD has everything layed out, so just have to convert it in flash!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
