requesting facebook check-in app

I am thinking of using the checkin protocol [url removed, login to view] and then tagging friends

If user 'A' authenticates this app it will tag a number of his friends in the checkin

the creator of the app can specify the location (page ID) and he creates the page himself. Then when user 'A' authenticates this app he 'checks in' to this page along with a message speified by the app creator. Then his friends USER_ID1 USER_ID2 are tagged.

the friend list IDs are gathered via [url removed, login to view] under Connections

it must be able to tag friends

Do not bid unless you know how to do this. I must have a working demo of this app before i will pay.
