Scenario Brief: A website has to be created to fufill the criteria in the following scenario:
The purpose of this project is to provide Bespoke Ltd with a system that will allow them to show their clients the solutions that is being created for them, throughout its development. This will allow the client to provide feedback on the work.
There will be a login interface that will allow the user to login to the system as either as staff or client. Both the company staff and client will be required to enter a password in order to login to the system. Its intended that each client will be linked to a project leader. So when a member of staff logs in to the system with their password, it will be directly linked to the specific project/s they are dealing with. This will then bring up their client/s details and any feedback from them. In return this will provide an element of work privacy from the system.
When the client logs into the system with their password, they will be able to view screenshots of the work that’s been done so far for their project. But the client will not have access to other client projects, or other contents of the database. If the client wishes to submit a feed back, this will be sent to the project leader in the form of an email. Even though this is a newly formed company and staff numbers are low, its intended the system will flexible and cater for expansion.
