a while ago i have created an account at paypal for very small transactions. paypal has no option yet for romanian users, so i used a u.s. name and address i found on google. i did not know about the us. widthrawal limitation to 0, if you don't have a credit card or a bank account added. i asked them to change the name or the country, but they politely said no. in my account there are currently $306. you will bid the amount of money you request. then, you will decrease it from the initial $306 and send the outcome to my account (i will provide the information). i will then give you the email and the password from the paypal account. in case you don't succeed, you will let me check if the amount is still there and change the password. i will return your money after that. probably i will choose the lowest bid. i know you have to take a risk, but i cannot give the login information before, even if we are talking about a small amount. this is why i will answer any question you might have to convince you that i am trustworthy. of course, if you have good rating, i will be the one who trusts you. you could also try escrow payment, if you give me the address of a reliable site. thanks in advance.
