I am looking for an experienced coder to create for me a website for an MUN conference, it should be created using a CMS (such as imperia or so) and the pages should be editable by non-tech friendly individuals without much trouble. It also needs to have a username-pass login for access to certain areas of the website as well as a database where user data is stored. The users will fill in application forms on the website (which also need to be coded, the forms will be provided) that need to be stored in relation to their username and other data. The website is for a Model United Nations Conference. The purpose of it is to provide information and regular updates (hence it has to be easily editable) and also for conference participants to create a username and make an application, that one of 3 users with admin access can choose to accept or reject. We already have a website but would like something brand new and efficient. Please bid for everything including a design concept for the website. The coder will HAVE to be easily accessable during the day (GMT) via MSN / SKype and phone.
