Web Site Makeover

I need my site to be redesigned. A Complete make over. I is too serious, and not Brazilian (tropical) Hip enough. I need to keep all the existing functionalities. They will need to be incorporated into the new look and feel of the design. For instance: The classified ad The Maling List Submition Script The Banner ad The Contact form The Subscribe form Our Logo etc. These Will need to be incorporated. I do want to emphasize more the Social column photos, because I realize that those are what attract traffic to the site.
