I have a two-way SMS website that I need taking to the next level.
The site has been programmed in PHP/mySQL on a linux server. It will be used for team captains to text and email their players and recieve confirmations via text or email.
The site is about to go into testing with several real teams using the functionality of the site. This will require a programmer being on hand to make changes and maintain the databases.
There may also be many changes varying from navigational changes (There are 3,000 clubs and you cannot currently navigate them alphabetically or by region or search) to other minor changes that the clubs testing the site wish to see.
I have a strict budget for this stage of the website of $200, and I would like someone who is proactive and can suggest improvements and do testing themselves.
I expect all the testing to be done and dusted by the end of February at the lastest.
