This Project Requires: - ELEGANCE LAYOUT DESIGN (need to include a PSD) - EXCELENT FLOW DESIGN - EXCELENT DATABASE DESIGN - STANDARDISED/PRO COMMENTS ON CODING - MODUALISED FUNCTION (i.e. PAYMENT / FORUM / etc.) - IN PHP+MYSQL or .NET+MSSQL - ENABLE FOR FUTURE EXPANSION (new functions and features) Other Requirements: - CONDUCTING ONLINE INTERVIEWS (email, msn, etc.)to collect detail requirements - PROVIDING IEEE 830 SRS(Software Requirement Specification) - PROVIDING SRS revisions if needed - PROVIDING STATUS REPORT AT LEAST WEEKLY Description: We are a newly established organization located in Australia. We look for outsourcing our web development to Rent A Coder because for are not a commercial organization yet at the moment. Our aim is to provide self servicing website (online community) for students in Australia to communicate, gather information, seeking help, exchange of experience and goods (e.g. 2nd hand books) etc. We will need a well designed advertising system to be incorporated into the website as sponsor advertisements will be our main income source to cover our expanses. Although we are not a large organization at the moment but we expecting to growth rapidly and so, we require official documents when developing the website (i.e. SRS, status report, etc.). Winning coders (or team) may be asked to follow up future expansions (in terms of features and functions) of the website. Therefore, we prefer to work with coders in teams rather than individual coders who passes tasks to friends. PLEASE CONTACT US to get more info. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working website as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
