We have little experience in Access programming. A client has asked us to build a Vehicle Control program. Most of it is already accomplished. We're having difficulty with this one phase. Mileage is entered with vehicle_id, date, and mileage. The report must show the last six month's mileage for each vehicle and roll forward with each new month's data. We've done a cross-tab report that shows 1 year (Jan-Dec)data and is static. We need to reduce the months to the current and previous 5 months. The report needs to change each month to reflect the latest data. Column headers must change to correspond with the data. Mileage in excess of 200,000 miles needs to be highlighted. I know it's really simple to an experienced Access programmer. We're not experienced enough. Stripped down Access file with necessary tables, queries, and report is included with this post. Quick turnaround appreciated. Any help?
