Shortcoded Ad Rotator. PHP Only

This should be a very simple project and deliverable in 48 hours or less. Sorry for the short timeline but, a php coder should have no problems with this.

Must Haves:

Must use php shortcodes that work in Wordpress

Must take full html code in the script as an "Ad"

Must allow for multiple shortcodes assigned to their own group of ads to rotate

Example: [shortcode1]

Ad1: Blah Blah Blah Picture Blah

Ad2: Blah Blah Picture Blah Blah Blah Blah

[shortcode2]

Ad1: Different blah blah blah picture blah

Ad2: Even more blah blah blah picture blah.

Must have a Wordpress interface in the admin panel.

Must be able to create new short codes (unlimited).

Must be able to manage each ad's html code from with in panel.

Would Likes:

Count the number of times each ad is shown. Day, Month and Year.
