Sell mp3 and CD (2400+ tracks) using Joomla

I have the rights to a library of 2400+ tracks of speeches.

I need to:

1. sell mp3 downloads of the tracks

2. have a built in mp3 player with a "play" button close to the "buy" button for step 1

3. option to sell the same track burned onto a CD or copied onto cassette tape and mailed to the customer

4. tag each track with: speakers name, title of speech, date of speech, and as necessary description

5. allow customer to search for tracks using any tags in step 4

6. use paypal

7.? Protect digital products against? "leeching"? and? excessive downloading.

8.? Import items? via spreadsheet

9.? ? Assign? multiple files? to a digital product download

I have researched ALL current joomla extensions and NONE of them do all 9 with out modification. ? I need to you to explain to me, how you are going to accomplish all 9 items above.
