Robust Pop Up Blocking C++ Code for Our IE Based Window Tab Browser

Hi All, I need a coder experienced in C++/Java Script if needed to create popup blocker piece of code in c++ for our custom IE Browser. We will integrate your Pop up blocker c++ code into our browser code. Our browser uses window tabs, and we want to eliminate extra window tabs opened (which are opened as a result of a popup window) when user click in a link in our browser-HTML side.. We want to eliminate the extra tabs/popups. The browser does not have URL location Box and it it is all hidden from user - so more simple for you (we do not need extensive options/features like in regular IE anti popup toolbar. )It is a special customized browser for a specific market population. You need to test your code before we test it and put it in our source code for testing. You will need to sign an additional paper that we have all copyrights for your pop blocking code when yourelease your code to us. We have similar browser Window tabs like “avant browser?? and other Ie based tab window browsers. How we will test: We will have 2 versions of our exe browser: one with your popup one with without. On HTML inside our browser we will click on sites that usually open popus-if we do not see the popups or extra tabs opened in “Your new browser?? ??" you have done great job project is done If We still see open extra window tabs as a result of popups- Means you did not do what you were supposed to do..and you will need to fix that till your blocking works great.
