Program to undelete records in Access databases

Please not that I have cancelled this project after being informed that it is not possible to complete. Thank you I would like a small program that will list all records that were deleted in any Access database since the last repair and compact. The user should be able to open a database file (.mdb) and then select any given table from a combo or list box, then all deleted records for that table should appear in a grid showing the column headings and all data for each row that was deleted. The program must allow the user to select as many deleted records as they wish and safely undelete these records. The keyword is safely! I assume that this would be done by unsetting a flag on the deleted records. I would like this program written in Visual Basic 6 (VB 5 is ok though), as I don't have VB .Net. If absolutely necessary, I may consider Visual C++. The program must work with Microsoft Access database versions 97, 2000, and, if possible, Access XP too. I have included a concept drawing in jpg format to show the general idea. This should be quick and easy for someone who understands the internal workings of the Microsoft Access database file format. This should only take a couple hours to complete. I estimate the total value of the project to be $100.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased including source code and binaries.
