I am looking to have someone develop for me the following software program:
The intent of the software or group of Auto lisps, is to provide cad operator capabilities to enter certain parameters pertaining to pressure vessels and or storage tanks that will be asked of him and the software generates detailed shop drawings, bill of materials, quantities, grades and the like.
The software should be capable of having a database that will enlist all 3-D, 2-D component libraries that we developed so as to allow only selection (drag and drop)
The software shall be capable of nesting material so as to minimize raw material wastage.
The software should be equipped with parametric capabilities so as to allow movement of nozzles at certain locations within the vessel.
The software should be capable of making clash checks with weld lines, and other attachments directly welded to the vessel or storage tank.
Detailed shop fabrication drawings, with a complete plate development template illustrating location of nozzles, reinforcing pads, clips and the like with full dimensions.
Naturally, I would like the bill of material to export to a database for procurement and price solicitation.
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition with some form of passwords so that nobody is allowed to copy it and distribute it.
The software is to have flexibility to incorporate all parameters of pressure vessels to ASME VIII Division 1 and API 650.
The software shall be made in the simplest forms of 3D, with capability to print piece mark drawings in A4/A3 size documents.
All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Please see the attached drawing template. The template attached is specific for a pressure vessel that has been designed to ASME VIII Div 1, Now, the complete parts of this vessel such as but not limited to attachments, shell rings, heads, nozzles, reinforcing pads, cleats, saddles, skirts, and the like shall be intelligent parts (material grades, thickness, weight, area, surface preparation, paint coating, etc).
The idea of the program is to from dialogue boxes, the vessel is drawn, with properties of material sizes and or through databases of libraries. Then, click shop drawings generator and shop drawings are printed for a fabricator to start making the pieces in true reality.
