Poker site development We have several separate pieces of software required. These are all to be web based. 1) Poker hand question and answer. 2) A bulletin board for player to advertise poker memorabelia etc. 3) Hand history Replayer 4) Poker Beginners guide in flash 5) Poker tracker 1) Poker hand question and answer. We require a poker hand q & a system developed in flash. We have an existing html system in place which runs from a MySql / PHP backend. Users are shown pocket cards and shown the flop. They are given three choices for action. On press they are shown the suggested action they should have taken and also the % of people that have chosen each option. 2) A bulletin board for player to advertise poker memorabelia etc. Basic bulletin board. Options 3-5 below could be incorporated as one project. 3) Hand history Replayer An example of what we are looking for can be found here. There are many beginners guides available on the internet. What we are looking to do is to host an animated equivilant of one of these guides. 5) Poker tracker Please see [url removed, login to view] for an example of what we require. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Program output need to run on all client environments - will be displayed in SWF. Linux server.
