This site is similar to ebay, sellers post their developed sites, turnkey sites, and templates that they want to sell. Members then browse the database in hopes of buying one. The side frame will show the first 10 listings. Each listing will show the title, and just enough characters to fill up the table without it going anymore. At the end, we will automatically add “…?? to demonstatre there is more. The url is listed below that Upper right will show “Login | Join?? if not logged in, and “Account?? if logged in. account page will show user’s personal information, their buying activity, and selling activity. This will include if any buyer asked a question on their listing’s question board. When listing a site, on the 4th/last step members have 2 choices, to list it for free, or pay $20 for a ‘select’ site, in which their site will always be on top. That will go then to a paypal page, then back to our page. No listing will go in automatically until we get a screenshot, and put in manually their google pagerank and alexa rank, so we will need a small admin panel A member also has two other options when listing their page, whether it will be an auction, or just a ‘buy it now’. An auction includes a starting/current price, and a reserve, and bids, which will show under ‘auction information’. If they choose just buy it now, then those 3 variables above will not be shown. If a seller has an auction, and have a reserve that is not met when the listing ends, they do not have to sell, but if there is no reserve, or the reserve is met, then they are obligated to sell to the buyer, which we will list this in our Terms of Service. Now, a seller has the option of listing how long a listing will last. They go from 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, and 2 months. A listing will automatically end at on the last day. For instance, someone lists a site to sell at 6:00pm on Monday, April 1st for 1 week. In that case, the listing will then be deleted at 6:00pm on Monday, April 8th.
