Custom login code is required for phpBB (forum software) allowing creation of user and login via a get request from a different web server and passing back of a token for the browser to log in directly to phpBB. This way users only have to log in once on the existing web server and are automatically authenticated in phpBB (different web server).
**I see it working this way**: Users are already logging into existing webserver.? When they want to use phpBB, this web server will send a get request with a unique ID, full name, email and perhaps one other field to the custom login code on php server (where phpBB is). This code will check IP address is ok, then create user or update(email) if necessary, then pass back a one-time token to the web server, which is passed back to the members browser, so they can redirect to this page and be automatically logged in to phpBB
**How I will test**
The code will be tested by doing a post/get to the custom phpBB login page. I will check the user has been created/updated in the phpBB database and then look for a? one-time URL/token ? (last perhaps 1minute)? to be returned.? I will then? paste this URL ? into a browser and make sure this automatically logs the user into phpBB.

Hello Bidders. There was an unavoidable delay at the client end and we have just been given the go ahead. I have made a small change to the bid request to clear up confusion. The existing web server will send a get request to phpBB web server. Before I said post/get and some bidders thought I needed both. Look forward to awarding a bidder by 18th Nov or sooner.
