I have a forum by phpbb up and running smoothly right now, I want to add a system on here that would allow player 1 (seller) to create an AD in the forum by hitting "Create an Ad" with some required information, then after hitting "post now" or "submit" the form would show up in the "Open Ads" page for player 2 (buyer) to be able to buy shares of this ad. On this page I would like a drop down menu where player 2 can select how many shares he would like to buy and at what price. ( the number of shares available would be announced by player 1 when creating the ad ) After player 2 buys his shares, I want the ad to remain open until ALL SHARES are sold. After all shares have been sold I would like this form to move to "Running Ads" page for all to view. After the player 1 has ran the current ad and is finished I would like him to come here to this page and be able to input how much he made on the ad and how much he sent back to each share holder. After this is done I would like this form to move to "Completed Ads" page.
I also need Quick Reply and Global Announce.
I want 150x150 block ad space on each side of the forum viewable on all pages.
I want a banner exchage installed.
I have a custom ranking system that I would like to set up, so after you have finished with all the above info, I will talk more about this and we can work together to make it better.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
No idea, im guessing it needs to run on IE, and all other web browsers.
