I need several PHP/MySQL pages to use on a website. These forms will be embedded inside a website managed in Drupal - an open source content management system ([url removed, login to view]). I believe these forms can be developed in PHP independent of Drupal. It would be very good if you could exploit Drupal features for formatting, layout and data entry. I assume these forms could be developed as a Drupal Module. It will be helpful if you know Drupal - but not a requirement. I have an existing database application that uses MySQL to store data. It has a desktop application that manages most of the contents of the database. I need to add a Web-based front end to allow remote users to enter some data. SEE ATTACHED TEXT FILE FOR DETAILS Overview: Every month a user will receive an email reminder and log into the website. When he logs in he will be see a list of assignments. When he clicks on an assignment - he will be presented with a data entry form to fill out. He can save (using a SAVE button) the form and open it later and update it. When he is done, he will press a SUBMIT button. This save the data and enter the current date and time in the field DATE_SUBMITTED in the assignment record. Once he submits the data - it will be locked to him and he will not be able to change the data in that assignment. A reviewer will make sure the data is OK and accept the assignment, or he will reject the assignment. The end-user at the remote website will be able to edit rejected assignment to fix the problems. = = = = = = = = = = = = This project: This project is to set up two forms in PHP that the web-user can use: 1) is a list of assignments, and 2) a data entry form to enter waste data,
