We currently use the popular 1ShoppingCart (1AutomationWiz) system for our eCommerce needs; however, it does have its limitations. We are currently in need of a PHP-based eCommerce system that can handle the following scenario: When customers purchase a main product, they are given the option of adding a certain number of free products to their cart out of a selection of a another certain number of products. For example, if a customer purchases the "3-Option Pack" product, they get a main product plus they get to choose ONLY up to 3 free products from a selection of 7 free products. If a customer purchases the "5-Option Pack", they get the same main product, but they now get to choose ONLY up to 5 free products out of a selection of 7 free products. The above are only conceptual examples and not how I want it done exactly. If you have experience with the 1ShoppingCart system or have the knowledge of how to do this with 1ShoppingCart (I am a 1ShoppingCart expert and because the system doesn't allow any scripting, it doesn't seem possible) this is a definite plus. So please make note of this. Generic "I can do this for you" messages/bids will plainly be ignored. Please explain your proficiency and possible solutions without revealing valuable information. I would prefer the use of already existing eCommerce systems such as osCommerce, Zencart, XCart, etc. There would be no need to reinvent the wheel. Thanks!
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
PHP/MySQL -based eCommerce solution or hopefully using the 1ShoppingCart system.
