We are a small web hosting company looking for a browser based web design
program that customers can use to create and publish a simple 1 page
"business card" web site. The software should run on Red hat linux and Unix
Our temporary URL is [[url removed, login to view]]
A perfect example of the what we require, can be found at
<[url removed, login to view]>
(Click on a random card to see how the builder works.)
We need the same concept, funcionality and flow of the above URL applied to a web builder, plus ordering/signup functionality
Same Categories and Sub Categories, Styles and Themes, listed at the URL
above, plus 8+ styles in these categories:
Insurance, Allergy Clinic, Resume, Consulting, Family, Music, Architecture,
Nature/Wildlife, Handyman, Home Services, Hobby, Wedding.
Back-end admin: Module needs to allow web browser based ability to make
modifications to the above list of Categories and Sub Categories, Styles and
Themes, the public web site, and allow for end user management by admin.
Upon creation of the above 'business card' website, user MUST be able to
immediately preview site as an image (to avoid the theft of html).
After seeing preview, user will be displayed options:
1 - Buy Now with a custom domain name
(i.e. <[url removed, login to view]>) . Page needs domain checker.
Price to be determined.
2 - Buy now with a sub-directory URL (i.e. <[url removed, login to view]>_)
_Price to be determined.
3 - Save web site for later purchase by entering email address. Admin needs email address for follow-up promotions by module.
Customer should be able to place order using a form requesting on-line check payment or credit card info; name, address, credit card, and appropriate
info. No credit card payment or check payment gateway is required as a human will verify and process orders.
All code must be clearly commented and documented in english so that a non-coder can understand what the code is doing.
