I'm operating a web site in which the people are doing their orders for products. This web site has an OScommerce platform that use PHP. I also have several Customer and Sales representatives that have to check and update the information placed by my customers, this info can be the status of the order, the tracking number of their package, some special notes that the agent has to place in the order, etc... To do that they have to login to the Administrator Panel of the web site, where all these info is displayed.
The problem that I'm currently facing is that the agent put a special note in some customer's order, but I can't know accurately who that agent was. So I need to have their name displayed in each comment that they wrote, in each update that they made, and I need to see the exact time when they did that.
Another problem that I have with OScommerce is that it does not allow me to put variations of each product. I have more than 1300 products with different 3 variations on each, and the Product Attributes features don’t work well for me. What I need to have is to post in each product the name of its variation, the price, quantity, so that the customer can directly buy that variation of the product.
