I need a delivery module written for an OSCommerce store built with STS. The store is currently in development... [url removed, login to view] I need it to be able to apply a delivery charge to an order based on a set of zip codes, when an indivudual chooses a 'Local Delivery - PayPal' shipping option. Each zip code set will have a two prices associated with it. One that will apply for all orders under a specific amount, and the other for all orders over a specific amount. All other zip codes will be directed to other shipping methods. I will also need to have my store configured to these other shipping methods. One will be 'Local Delivery - Corporate Accounts" (client will be billed on monthly terms from vendor, zip code charges will not be applied), PayPal will not process the payment, the order will go directly to the orders email and customer willl be billed later per terms. The other will be 'Local Pickup - Pay Now via PayPal', and 'Local Pickup - Pay at Time of Pickup'. Since there will not be any delvery here, the zip code charges will not apply.
