Hi I have an idea for an online prize-competition to be marketed as a skill-based alternative to lotteries I'd like to test the market as cheaply as possible to see if it is worth pursuing. I need a fairly simple but extremely professional looking website which will act as a demonstration of the idea and can collect contact details, feedback, etc. There would be maybe 10-12 pages initially, possibly less. It would require the inclusion of a click and drag 360 degree 3D rotating photograph. you would have a clean slate to start from to develop a company image including logo and colour scheme. If suffcient interest is received then we can look to go live and add more functionality like the opening of secure password protected accounts etc. I am interested in building an ongoing relationship with a developer who can help the site grow as the company does. Due to the nature of the industry, please only bid if you are prepared to sign a very simple NDA in the first instance. Do also understand that at these early stages, there is likely to be a fair amount of discussion as to what is necessary to move forwards. I would therefore prefer bidders who are able to communicate by voice rather than just email. Skype suits me fine. Thanks
