Need Excel files consolidated & uploaded

Hello, This project should be very easy for a coder who knows what they are doing! I have 3 Excel spreadsheets that I need to combine. There are a total of about 13,500 entries between the 3 spreadsheets. Once they are combined I want to delete any duplicates. I will require you to keep the most recent entry if there are duplicates. There is a field in all of the spreadsheets that has a date stamp so you will have an easy time determining which of the duplicates are the most recent. If there are duplicates, I will require that you keep any mailing addresses that may be attached to the duplicate files. I then need the combined files uploaded into my customer relationship management software which requires the excel file be in a certain format. This isn't a difficult project, I just don't have time to do it. Are you the right one for the job?
