This is an upgrade from 5 MS Access DBs (that were once a single DB) to a single offline SQL Server DB that will reside on the website and be accessible by log-in. It will interface with the existing online SQL server DB which already contains the data from four of these DBs and outputs to an online Report (exactly the same report required in the offline upgrade).
In addition, front and back end proprietary programs have been written (mostly in VB) to simplify the inputting and to meticulously translate this data into final, printable Reports. The input side and the final output Report will need to be carefully upgraded to work with the SQL DB. A second Reports is written in Access and will need to be rewritten in another language.
Each aspect will be upgraded somewhat through this process. A detailed description of the project and a list of the upgrades is supplied on the attached document.

Written for Windows - XP. Marina Professional should work with every major web browser. The log -in SQL would ideally be cross-platform but this is not critical.
