I have a small Website ([url removed, login to view]) that is currently not compliant with W3C HTML standards. In fact, the Web pages have no DOCTYPE declaration at all.
All of the pages are based on a single Dreamweaver template page. I need someone to edit the template page so that it passes W3C HTML 4.01 strict validation. (Then I can regenerate the rest of the pages in Dreamweaver and should also become compliant.)
This should be simple and fast money for a Web programmer who really knows his (or her) proper html. The person I hire also needs to have their own copy of Dreamweaver.
