Link 5 websites to SMS Gateway(repost)

The sms page/section in all the websites will be password protected. So only does who have the access to the password can go in to send sms. 3. I should be able to allocate sms credits to each of these sites so that the website owner cannot use more sms credits than what was allocated to the website. 4. Basically, all the sites will be the same. There will be little or no difference. Thanks and how soon can you complete this project and how much will you charge me?
