Need help cleaning up my QB file. I have QB Pro 2005 I am trying to learn the program. I have a file that has all bookkeeping from 2004 I want all the old stuff off and so when I go to the check register I only get Jan. 2005 to present. I have used CLASS to identify projects I need to do the deposits this way and I am not sure how to do that because I did not put in all the invoices. I need some help cleaning this up and maybe to pay someone to maybe take out all the deposits from Jan to March and re addd them about 50 so that the deposits can be done as CLASS I need income and expenses done by Class. I think someone that knows QB this would take maybe 2 to 3 hours time.
